Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Road Maintenance Coordinator to support drivers with vehicle repairs, tires, and road-side assistance. You will route requests to company facilities or approved vendors and ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities include vendor liaison, cost control for repairs over 500.00, and ensuring fast, safe repairs to maximize equipment utilization. Strong bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Mexico.
• High school diploma with up to 1 year of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers or leased owner-operators with vehicle repairs, tires, fuel, advances and repair instructions by promptly answering calls and routing to facilities or approved vendors.
• Provide follow up to ensure problems are handled in a timely manner.
• Maintain contact with drivers and vendors to ensure quick repairs and update Operations on status.
• Locate vendors near breakdowns to minimize wait time, with management approval for expenditures over 500.00.
• Resolve tire and equipment issues related to breakdown and roadside assistance to maximize utilization.
