OPCO Skilled Management in Taos, NM seeks registered nurses for TN visa-sponsored roles in our skilled nursing centers. relocation assistance, housing support, and guaranteed stay up to three years with renewals are provided; English proficiency required.

As a RN, you will deliver nursing care per standards, physician orders, and center policies, ensuring patient needs are met while complying with state, federal, and local guidelines. Spanish-speaking patients noted.

Formación

• Must have RN license in home country.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient\'s conditions including nutrition problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents patient\'s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges and notifies applicable departments.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
