OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing Center in Taos, New Mexico. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses and will assist with relocation, housing, and the visa process for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewals.

As an RN you will render nursing care within the scope of practice to meet patient needs per standards, physician orders, and center policies, in line with state, federal and local guidelines. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Must be proficient in English.
• Must have RN license in home country or country of registration.
• Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's condition including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight changes, or other notices.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring in programs.
• Documents and notifies departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
