OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in Taos, New Mexico. The position involves providing nursing care in a skilled nursing center for geriatric patients, with relocation assistance and TN visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

The contract duration is 3 years with renewable extensions, and English proficiency is required. The RN will adhere to standards of practice and state regulations while collaborating with physicians and care teams to meet patient

Formación

Must have RN license in home country.
Must have graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
Documents any change in patient s conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patientb s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
