Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our long-term care facilities in Taos, New Mexico. The role involves delivering nursing care within scope of practice and coordinating with physicians, while following center policies and state guidelines.

Relocation assistance, housing support, and TN visa sponsorship are offered for a guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license from home country.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follow company procedures for narcotics counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Document changes in patient's conditions including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other changes.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Document and notify relevant departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary.
