OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a registered nurse to join our long-term care centers in Taos, New Mexico. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses and provide relocation assistance. Fluent English is required to communicate with staff and patients.

As an RN you will deliver nursing care within scope of practice, follow physician orders, and adhere to center policies and regulatory guidelines. Email [e-mail] for immediate consideration.

Formación

• Must have license as an RN in home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring.
• Document and notify applicable departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Duration: 3 years (Renewable).

Location: Taos, New Mexico (Spanish and English speaking).

About the Role:
