• 3+ years experience in operational risk management
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in process governance, with understanding of policies/regulatory frameworks
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios

Responsibilities

• Provide risk identification across business processes and systems with process owners
• Facilitate risk assessments (PRSAs and RCSAs) and QA programs to meet regulatory/internal standards
• Identify high-risk areas for intervention and conduct quality assurance and process testing
• Compile thematic risk reporting with insights on levels, trends and root causes
• Review risk profiles and update risk registers
• Support risk management practices within the business
• Share insights and best practices across the enterprise
• Develop and enhance the control environment to ensure appropriate design and maintenance
