Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking a Risk Supervisor Americas to promote a robust risk and internal controls culture across the Americas region.

You’ll oversee governance activities in core business processes, working with control owners to ensure effective risk management and remediation when needed. You will lead Financial Control Assessments, coordinate remediation with EY and KPMG as required, and drive audit readiness for internal and external reviews.

Formación

• More than 5 years of experience in finance with risk, SOX, and audit functions.
• Experience in FMCG industries and global, fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration with operational and functional teams across the organization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both financial and non-financial audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a solid risk and controls culture across the Americas region, overseeing governance activities in key business processes.
• Ensure controls align with the Internal Global Framework and testing by EY (SOX) and external audits.
• Lead Financial Control Assessment and remediation plans to fix control gaps when needed.
• Coordinate with Global Risks and Controls team for ambiguity or strengthening controls by escalation.
• Monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolution; support Corporate and External audits and new business model controls.
• Review automation initiatives (BOTs/RPA) to assess control impact and address gaps.
• Support Business Integrity audits as needed and lead internal risk-focused audits.
