Leggett Dynamics is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our Automotive Engineering team and drive manufacturing excellence in RF welding applications. You will lead technology standardization, optimization of welding parameters and automation integration to boost quality and throughput.
You will collaborate across maintenance, manufacturing and design functions, train technicians, develop technical documentation, and support new product launches while upholding our safety and continuous
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Manufacturing, Automation or Industrial Engineering desirable.
- Minimum 8 years in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working with RF Welder equipment.
Responsabilidades
- Be the technical expert of RF Welder teams and optimize welding parameters.
- Identify automation opportunities and lead integration projects (PLCs, robots, vision).
- Train and mentor technicians; create documentation and standards.
- Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
