Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY

The Revenue Management Manager plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share across LATAM by translating financial and commercial insights into actionable growth strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of key revenue drivers—including strategic pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, trade investment, and bottler agreements and their impact across markets, channels, customers, shoppers, and consumers.

This position is responsible for shaping and leading the regional Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda, defining strategic priorities across four core levers: Strategic Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Trade Spend Optimization, and Mix Management. A key mandate is to accelerate RGM capability building across Business Units and Bottlers, embedding RGM as a core business discipline through standardized frameworks, advanced analytical tools, best-practice sharing, and consistent methodologies for tracking and optimizing revenue performance.

In close partnership with Business Units, Franchise teams, and Bottlers, the Revenue Management Manager develops and drives RGM roadmaps, identifies and scales value-creation opportunities, and ensures strategic initiatives translate into measurable business results. The role also fosters strong commercial partnerships across the bottling system, enabling effective alignment, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement of RGM strategies to deliver regional growth and profitability objectives.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Define and articulate the regional RGM strategic vision, identifying value-creation opportunities and translating strategic priorities into actionable guidance for Business Units ahead of the PepsiCo 3 year Planning (3YP) cycle.
  • Lead and facilitate the development of Business Unit RGM roadmaps by:
    • Identifying research and analytics investment requirements early in the planning cycle to ensure appropriate allocation within Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
    • Initiating market diagnostics, guiding analytical assessments, and identifying growth opportunities across RGM levers.
    • Leading cross-functional working sessions to share frameworks and best practices, review research findings, and prioritize opportunities.
    • Reviewing and challenging final roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment, robust opportunity sizing, and clear execution priorities.
  • Consolidate Business Unit roadmaps into an integrated regional RGM strategy and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with regional growth priorities and presenting recommendations to Sector leadership.
  • Monitor RGM initiative performance against operating plans, assess value realization, and drive corrective actions to ensure delivery of growth and profitability targets.
Commercial Partnership & Execution
  • Partner with Commercial Directors and Franchise Management teams to secure internal and bottler alignment, develop compelling business cases and selling stories, and drive endorsement and execution of RGM initiatives across PepsiCo and its bottling partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end Strategic Pricing and Price-Pack Architecture agenda, ensuring timely completion of analytical, planning, and execution milestones in alignment with business planning cycles.
  • Strengthen collaboration across PepsiCo Business Units and bottlers to accelerate the adoption, execution, and scaling of proven RGM initiatives.
Capability Building & Best-Practice Deployment
  • Champion cross-market knowledge sharing across PepsiCo and its bottling system, identifying and scaling successful RGM practices.
  • Develop and maintain a regional repository of RGM best practices, frameworks, and proven use cases to accelerate capability development and organizational learning.
  • Lead the design, standardization, and deployment of RGM tools, methodologies, processes, and governance frameworks across all revenue management levers, ensuring effective market adoption.
  • Conduct frequent assessments of RGM capability maturity by market, identify organizational and technical gaps, and define targeted action plans to strengthen RGM capabilities across the region.
