Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in revenue growth management, strategic pricing, commercial excellence, finance, sales operations, business analytics or related function.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing pricing, revenue, margins, discounts, product mix or customer profitability to support commercial decisions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, scenario models and sensitivity analyses.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Units to translate strategies into revenue growth and pricing priorities.
• Lead the annual pricing review and price-adjustment planning process.
• Develop pricing approaches for strategic products, new offerings and differentiated customer segments.
• Analyze pricing, discounts, margins, product mix and customer-level performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop scenario models and business cases to quantify impact of pricing options.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for business and leaders.
• Maintain pricing governance and support approved guardrails and flows.
