Arrow Electronics in MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking a Returns Specialist to join the team overseeing returns, credits, and data analysis in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Quality to process RMAs, issue credits, and track performance while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the product return and replacement process, supporting the warehouse and reviewing production returns to suppliers.
• Respond to and process RMA requests, issue credits, and liaise with Sales for issue resolution.
• Investigate root causes for defective products and ensure proper processing.
• Coordinate vendor returns and provide data to supplier quality for trend analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance to investigate resale and costing issues as needed.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with accuracy.
• Escalate issues and maintain SLAs for RMA issuance or supplier returns.

Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Returns Specialist to join our team in the assembly of computing products. In this role as a Returns Specialist, you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate the product return and replacement process, providing comprehensive support to the warehouse. Assist with reviewing production returns to suppliers. Analyze data related to RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns, conducting RMA research, administrative tasks, training, and process improvements.
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers; perform system research, liaise with Sales for issue resolution, and create outbound sales orders to return products related to pick and ship returns, and apply appropriate charges.
• Investigate and research root causes for defective and nonconforming products, ensuring proper processing.
• Facilitate vendor returns to expedite returned products with suppliers and provide relevant data to supplier quality for trend analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance to investigate and resolve resale and costing issues as necessary.
• Report metrics pertaining to RMA issuance and vendor returns.
• Ensure timely publication of all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Adhere to departmental SLAs and serve as the initial escalation point for related teams to resolve or expedite issues around RMA issuance or supplier returns.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$16,650.00 - $19,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
