REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking a Project Manager for the Retail domain who can lead complex initiatives in a remote-from Mexico setting. You will drive project roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail project management, hands-on Agile experience, and familiarity with Sterling OMS and omni-channel fulfillment. You will partner with stakeholders to define workflows and success criteria while navigating scalable

Formación

5+ years of retail and project management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Sterling OMS and its functions in an omni-fulfillment environment.
Understanding of microservice architectures at a high level.
Agile experience.
Fulfillment experience.
Shipping methods and logistics.
Innovative, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking.

Responsabilidades

Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage project roadmap, facilitate project planning, run brainstorming sessions, prioritize projects and features
Partner with stakeholders to develop workflow, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures and instructional training materials required for the evaluation and adoption of new processes and technologies
Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver in a successful and timely manner
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your projects through entire lifecycle including: ideation, pilot, prototype and operationalization.
