DaCodes in Mexico is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives across digital retail platforms, spanning product, UX, and engineering. You will drive projects from ideation through pilot and full rollout, requiring strong retail domain knowledge and experience managing multi-team efforts end to end.

Fluent English a must. Hybrid/remote options available, with travel to client sites as needed; join a Great Place to Work certified firm

Formación

• Background in website development and cross-functional collaboration between Product, UX, and Engineering.
• 5+ years of retail and project management experience.
• Familiarity with fulfillment operations on retail sites, including Same-Day Delivery and BOPIS.
• Advanced English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects of diverse scope and high complexity: manage the project roadmap, facilitate planning, run brainstorming sessions, and prioritize projects and features.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop workflows, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures, and instructional training materials for new processes and technologies.
• Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces; develop functional specifications and deliver on time.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams throughout ideation, pilot, prototype, and operationalization.
• Build effective partnerships with developers, architects, QA, data analysts, and product managers.
• Travel occasionally to client HQ.
