Initial Location: Mexico (Various Locations) Final Destination: United States (Mandatory Relocation)

A leading automotive company specializing in thermoplastics is seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Manager. We are looking for a professional currently residing in Mexico who is ready to drive operational excellence and relocate to our manufacturing facilities in the USA.

As Quality Manager, the candidate will be the guardian of our brand’s excellence. He will manage the implementation of quality systems and ensure full regulatory compliance to guarantee that every component exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Management: Oversee and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Process Control: Implement and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
• Leadership: Lead the Quality Department, fostering a culture of "Continuous Improvement."
• Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer relations regarding complaints, audits, and technical specifications.
