A leading automotive company is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality systems and lead the department. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years in Quality Control in the Automotive supply chain and be fluent in English and Native Spanish. This role requires immediate availability for permanent relocation to the USA, and offers a full relocation package including visa sponsorship and competitive salary. Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years in Quality Control within the Automotive supply chain (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
• Fluent in English and Native Spanish, able to communicate technical concepts fluently in English.
• Immediate availability for permanent relocation to the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Implement and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
• Lead the Quality Department, fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
• Manage customer relations regarding complaints, audits, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Procurement for supplier qualification and development.
