Job summary

One Mobility Group is seeking a Process Quality Engineer for its Comonfort, Guanajuato site in Mexico. The role focuses on preventing non-conformities, judging non-conforming products, and supporting CQI-17 multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality from design to launch.

The ideal candidate has completed Industrial Engineering or similar, with 2 years in automotive quality, and knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, SPC, and core tools. Attractive salary, stability, and flexible time are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed Industrial Engineering or similar degree.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar automotive role.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience with statistical process control and core tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify and control actions to prevent/eliminate client non-conformities.
• Provide final disposition for non-conforming product.
• Support the CQI-17 multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports.
• Analyze quality data from multiple sources.
• Maintain updated quality control information for projects.
• Coordinate timely review of project control plans.
• Ensure controls in FMEA and Control Plan are followed.
• Monitor and coordinate defect elimination during Safe Launch of new projects.

We are looking for

Process Quality Engineer

at our locations in México - Comonfort, Guanajuato.

Your tasks:

• Verify and control the implementation of actions to prevent or eliminate client non-conformities.

• Give final disposal to non-compliant product.

• Support the CQI-17 multidisciplinary team

• Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports.

• Analyze information related to Quality from different sources of information.

• Maintain updated information regarding quality control of assigned projects.

• Coordinate the timely review of the control plan of the assigned projects.y

• Ensure that the controls defined in the FMEA and Control Plan are carried out correctly.

• Ensure correct implementation and monitoring as well as coordinate analyzes to eliminate and/or control defects found in the Safe Launch of new projects.

• Completed Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Experience: 2 years in a similar position, in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of IATF Standard 16949, ISO 14001, statistical process control, problem solving methodology, Core tools, internal and external audits.

• Problem analysis, leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, teamwork.
