Whirlpool Corporation in Mexico is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage how employee inquiries are routed through Human Resources, including resolving, escalating, or redirecting them when needed.

You will support employees navigating SuccessFactors and our internal HR Portal, assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights and Vacation Requests, and log all interactions to ensure timely follow-up. English proficiency is required, and Portuguese is a plus.

The team you will be a part of

The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role in summary

You’ll be in charge of managing how employee inquiries and requests are routed through Human Resources, including resolving, escalating, reassigning, or redirecting them when needed.

Your responsibilities will include

• Answer general HR questions about policies and procedures
• Support employees navigating SuccessFactors and our internal HR Portal
• Assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General Guidance
• Log and track all interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-up
• Contribute to ongoing improvements that make our services more effective and employee-friendly through Whirlpool’s standard procedures (SOP, Calls Scripts, etc.)

• English proficiency.
