Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage how employee inquiries are routed, resolved, escalated, or redirected, ensuring timely follow-up. You’ll support employees navigating SuccessFactors and the internal HR Portal and assist with HR transactions.

Log interactions, contribute to SOP-driven improvements, and work within a busy call-center environment with strict service hours. Fluency in English is required and Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer general HR questions about policies and procedures
• Support employees navigating SuccessFactors and our internal HR Portal
• Assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General Guidance
• Log and track all interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-up
• Contribute to ongoing improvements using Whirlpool SOPs and call scripts
