Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a proactive Windows Administrator with 3+ years of Windows administration and application support experience. The role focuses on maintaining, configuring and ensuring stability of Windows-based systems while providing end-user application support.

Responsibilities include AD/DNS/DHCP, Exchange and Office 365, scripting with PowerShell, and collaborating with development teams to deploy in-house or third-party apps, all while enhancing infrastructure stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Windows administration and application support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server architecture and Active Directory services.
• Experience with Exchange 2016/2019 and M365 administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualization, networking concepts and remote management consoles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers across versions.
• Monitor performance, availability and security for stable operations.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Administer Exchange 2016/2019 and Office 365 Exchange Online.
• Perform updates, patches and backups; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Collaborate with Dev teams to deploy in-house or third-party apps.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and scripting tools.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and health monitoring.
• Communicate incidents effectively to users and stakeholders.
