Job summary

GSB is seeking a proactive Windows Administrator to maintain and support Windows-based systems and applications. You will manage Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange environments while collaborating with development teams to deploy in-house or third-party applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Windows administration and application support.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Install, Configure and maintain Windows Servers (e.g. 2016/2019/2022).
• Monitor system performance, availability security, ensuring optimal system operation
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other essential Windows services
• Manage Exchange 2016/2019 server and Office 365 Exchange online environments
• Perform regular system updates, patches and backups
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues; implement disaster recovery strategies
• Manage file and print services, user permissions and access controls
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain in house or third-party applications
• Manage incidents and communicate with users and stakeholders across all areas
• Improve infrastructure stability by observing patterns and advising permanent fixes including Linux skills
• Adopt automation tools to reduce failures and monitor health of production environments
