Kyndryl is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to reinforce enterprise-grade Windows Server environments. You will maintain availability, security, and performance across 2012–2022 systems, and collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud teams.

You will patch OSs, automate with PowerShell, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and document changes following ITIL practices. English communication and a customer-focused mindset are valued.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Windows server installation, configuration, hardening, and ongoing maintenance.
• Basic automation or scripting experience using PowerShell.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Windows Server operating systems (2012/2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration, hardening, and maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory services, including users, groups, Group Policies (GPOs), DNS, and DHCP.
• Provide operational support for critical production environments, including incident analysis and troubleshooting within defined SLAs.
• Execute operating system patching, updates, version management, and basic automation using PowerShell.
• Maintain operational documentation and support change execution following ITIL and organizational best practices.
