gsbsolutions1 is seeking a proactive Windows Administrator to maintain and support Windows-based systems and related Linux applications. The role focuses on keeping servers stable, applying patches, and enabling smooth end-user application support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Windows administration, strong scripting skills, and experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and virtualization. This is a remote position with benefits and local compliance considerations.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Windows administration and application support.
• Experience in managing Windows servers and AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with Linux-based applications and cross-platform support.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell and automation mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.

Mansioni

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Monitor performance, availability and security of systems.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Handle Exchange 2016/2019 and Office 365 environments.
• Perform updates, patches and backups regularly.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and other tools.
• Collaborate with Dev teams for app deployment and maintenance.
• Support Linux-based components and cross-team troubleshooting.
