Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT required.
• Over 3 years of IT support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Basic English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects under direct supervision.
• Register, accommodate, and follow up client communications.
• Inform and train users on equipment/software; analyze situations and issue recommendations.
• Keep clients informed professionally, ensuring accuracy of details.
• Log all client communications in the help desk system.
• Provide hardware/software installation support and routine maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve faults from critical outages to password issues.
• Ensure documentation and work notes are updated and precise.
• Assist in other tasks as directed by management.
• Ensure staff compliance with Spellman Mexico's code of conduct and health and safety policies.
