Job summary

ZF Monterrey is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Control Lead to drive accuracy and efficiency across our materials flow. You will optimize storage, implement CC strategies, and lead continuous improvement projects to strengthen production readiness.

You will manage cycle counting, FIFO and Kanban practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable material supply and actionable performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations management and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (8D).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to identify and implement automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement CC and annual inventory strategies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity utilization.
• Ensure proper material flow to production lines.
• Maintain FIFO and Kanban inventory practices.
• Ensure timely material supply to production lines.
• Generate inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Lead inventory accuracy and continuous improvement projects.
