Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant for a remote role supporting Marketing, Sales, Administrative Operations, and Customer Service. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

The role involves social media management, email marketing support, lead generation, CRM maintenance, and general administrative tasks across multiple functions.

Formación

• Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and other online tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
• Support email marketing and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct online research and competitor research.
• Assist with lead generation and prospecting.
• Research potential clients and maintain lead lists.
• Update CRM records and assist with follow-ups.
• Manage emails, data entry, documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other platforms.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records.
