Marriott Vacations Worldwide's call center in Mexico City seeks a proactive Vacation Advisor to drive vacation ownership preview package sales by phone. You will answer inquiries about destinations and resort services while checking availability and offering alternatives.

Responsibilities include promoting upgrades, identifying eligible buyers, and guiding prospects through the sales process with professional, confident communication.

Formación

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to explain complex vacation ownership concepts clearly.
• Experience in a call center or tele-sales environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Introduce and promote Marriott Vacations Worldwide brands to reserve dates for vacation ownership previews over the phone.
• Answer questions about destinations, resort facilities and services.
• Check availability and provide date alternatives when needed.
• Promote upgrades and extra nights to drive revenue.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages and guide customers through the sales process.
• Overcome objections with a polite, enthusiastic demeanor.
