Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Cancun seeks a Sales Executive to meet, tour, and engage prospective guests/owners on property, presenting opportunities to purchase and become owners of premium vacation experiences, while upholding company standards of integrity, quality, and service.

You will work 7am–4pm, require English and Spanish, strong customer service, and office skills; weekends may be required. Training and staff meetings support growth and success in this role.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED or higher.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication, and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Meet guests/owners on property and present purchase opportunities.
• Discuss terms, incentives, and product pricing after review with management.
• Effectively gain commitment from guests/owners to purchase.
• Provide coaching feedback through demos and meetings; attend trainings.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold company standards.
