Programming.com is seeking an experienced Tax Expert based in Mexico to support U.S. individual income tax preparation (Form 1040) and deliver exceptional customer service. This remote role requires hands-on experience and strong knowledge of U.S. taxation.

You will handle customer inquiries via video, phone, and chat, maintain accurate records, and assist with tax software such as Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, or UltraTax. EA/CPA not required.

Qualifications
