Job summary

Programming.com is seeking an experienced Tax Expert based in Mexico to support U.S. individual income tax preparation (Form 1040) and provide exceptional customer service. This remote role requires hands-on experience and strong knowledge of U.S.

taxation. You will handle customer inquiries via video, phone, and chat, maintain accurate records, and assist with tax software such as Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, or UltraTax. EA/CPA not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in US individual tax return preparation (1040).
• Remote customer support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with tax software Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, or UltraTax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US Form 1040 for individual taxpayers.
