Hire Overseas is seeking a senior TikTok Shop and E‑Commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop presence and broader e‑commerce ecosystem for a fast‑growing snack brand. You will manage TikTok Shop end to end, run creator and affiliate programs, and expand what works on TikTok into Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale channels.

Competenze

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable, attributable revenue.
• Deep expertise in TikTok including content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads.
• Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue.
• Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.
• Strong performance marketing background with direct experience running and optimizing paid ads.
• Data-driven with the ability to make fast decisions and iterate without waiting for perfect information.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without established processes.
• Strong ownership mentality with full accountability for results.

Mansioni

• Own TikTok Shop end to end including product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront management, and creator strategy.
• Drive revenue through organic content and paid ads on TikTok.
• Manage and scale the creator and affiliate program with a sales focus.
• Expand successful TikTok strategies into other e-commerce channels as they are proven.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs: ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and optimize accordingly.
• Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale platforms.
• Identify bundling, merchandising, and pricing opportunities across channels.
• Maintain reporting and provide data-driven insights to inform decisions.
