Qualifications

• MD, MBBS, or equivalent from an accredited medical institution.
• Clinical experience as a Medical Doctor or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and common conditions.
• Experience with US medications, dosages, contraindications and interactions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Excellent English communication skills for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for telehealth evaluations.
• Collect and document patient demographics, medical history, and current diagnoses.
• Evaluate symptoms and determine treatment options based on history and findings.
• Review medications and identify potential drug interactions.
• Prescribe medications when legally authorized; outline dosages and plans.
• Prepare comprehensive medical records and clinical summaries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential documentation.
• Communicate clearly with patients about conditions and recommendations.
• Stay updated with US healthcare terminology and guidelines.
