Job summary

OSA Global Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Appointment Setter to support telehealth operations by scheduling patient consultations and coordinating appointments with medical providers. The role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience, accurate records, and efficient scheduling between patients and healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare scheduling experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with medical terminology and EHR/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling or patient coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and U.S. healthcare practices.
• Experience using EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling telehealth appointments.
• Coordinate physician availability and patient schedules to ensure accurate bookings.
• Collect and verify patient information for appointment registration.
• Explain the telehealth process and provide access instructions for virtual visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the scheduling system and EHR/EMR.
