Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the technical anchor for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will proactively optimize technical health, drive measurable value, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver outcomes.

This remote role is open to candidates in Mexico and India. You will need 7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles, bilingual English and Spanish, and strong API/hardware/software

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as TAM, solutions consulting, or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical literacy with hardware, software, and API integrations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer impact and value realization by aligning Samsara solutions with goals.
• Use AI-powered tools to anticipate customer needs and personalize engagement.
• Execute transformational technical account management with tailored success plans.
• Master Samsara's platform, APIs, hardware and software.
• Own the technical ticket lifecycle from report to resolution.
• Lead technical customer meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and onboard new teammates.
