Job summary

Zencore is a fast-growing company led by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are seeking a Talent Sourcer in Mexico to join our recruitment team and build a high-quality candidate pipeline for roles across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company.
• Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Experience with Lever or other ATS.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team and autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall recruitment goals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our ATS, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
