You will attract, assess, and hire key talent while aligning with Mars culture and strategic goals. A strategic, hands-on leader with virtual team management skills is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record building recruiting functions in high-growth settings.
• Experience with remote recruitment and distributed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
