The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to scale recruitment in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience building and scaling recruitment in startups/high-growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and refine recruitment processes for a remote workforce.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and drive hiring success.
• Select, implement, and manage recruitment technologies (ATS, HRIS).
• Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruitment.
