Computrabajo is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will oversee logistics, coordinate with suppliers and distributors, and optimize inventory to meet demand.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of supply chain principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment, contributing to cost savings, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or JDA and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
• Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding delivery status.
• Identify and resolve any disruptions or issues within the supply chain.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Utilize supply chain management software and tools to manage and track operations.
