The ideal candidate has 6+ years in food SCM, HACCP familiarity, and strong collaboration skills. You will oversee inventory, compliance, and logistics, driving cost efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in food or beverage supply chain.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Proficiency with SCM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategies to optimize the food supply chain from procurement to distribution.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
• Oversee inventory management and warehousing operations to minimize costs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and import/export laws.
• Monitor and manage transportation and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to align activities with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance for senior management.
