Job summary

TK Recruitment Inc. seeks a hands-on Sales Manager for semiconductor and electronic components brokerage. The role targets independent distributors, OEMs, EMS, and Tier 1 accounts, managing the complete B2B sales cycle in Mexico and LATAM.

The ideal candidate will drive revenue, build relationships with procurement and engineering teams, and navigate shortages, pricing dynamics, and long-term account development in electronic components markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Proven experience in semiconductor/electronic components markets or related technical B2B sectors.
• Strong negotiation and account development skills.
• Experience selling to OEMs, EMS, contract manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor and electronic components market in Mexico and LATAM.
• Identify and build relationships with OEMs, EMS, contract manufacturers, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, and electronics buyers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development.
• Maintain a strong qualified pipeline and CRM records.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate with sourcing and quality teams.
