Symbotic seeks a Regional Controller (Mexico) to lead the Mexico entity's accounting, financial reporting and compliance. This remote role places you as the primary finance owner, reporting to the International Controller, with a preferred location in Mexico City.

You will partner across Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A and Operations to drive accurate financial results. Responsibilities include month- and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and managing third-party providers to ensure

Formación

• Degree in accounting/finance; 8+ years of related experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican statutory accounting and US GAAP.
• Experience with third-party providers, payroll, tax, and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting and statutory compliance for Symbotic's Mexico entity.
• Oversee third-party accounting providers and ensure accurate filings and reporting.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close; perform reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances; escalate risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Mexican standards and labor/payroll rules.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal and Operations.
• Support audits, ERP initiatives and internal control improvements for scalable growth.
