Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its fast-growing software practice. You will oversee multiple development streams, manage fixed deadlines, coordinate vendors, and translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.

You will collaborate with clients across the US and LatAm, ensure risk and scope controls, and lead Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required; PMP/CSM/PSM preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional PM experience in software development.
• Experience meeting fixed external deadlines and managing critical-path.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
