NeoWork is hiring Software Developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, working directly with product and engineering leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in modern stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python).
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
• Strong English communication for US teams.
• Available for overlap with US business hours.
• Based in Mexico with reliable home office and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule
