Job summary

NeoWork is hiring Client Success Managers to own relationships with U.S. clients and keep them happy, successful, and growing. You will lead onboarding, monitor account health, and identify opportunities to expand.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner building dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. You will work inside our clients' teams and tools while NeoWork handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client success
• Excellent spoken and written English, with US executives
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts
• Availability to work US business hours
• Based in Mexico with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth start
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews with client stakeholders
• Monitor account health, satisfaction, and risks, and act early
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations
