Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) for an hourly contract. The role focuses on hands-on SOC work to shape AI detection, investigation, and response to security incidents.

You will triage alerts, hunt threats, and contribute to scalable incident workflows in a flexible remote setting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SOC or incident response, is comfortable with SIEMs, and can distinguish true signals from noise.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role.
• Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage, and investigation workflows.
• Able to distinguish genuine security signals from background noise and false positives.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze SOC scenarios, security alerts, and incident data to assess what happened and why it matters.
• Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend response actions.
• Review AI-generated investigation workflows and detection logic for accuracy and real-world alignment.
• Validate AI outputs to reflect how experienced analysts triage and respond to threats.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason through security incidents.
