Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) for a remote, hourly contract. You will analyze data leaks scenarios, classify data sensitivity, and evaluate prevention and incident response strategies to train AI systems. The role requires 2+ years in data security and familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.

The position offers flexible hours (10-40 hours/week) and the chance to impact frontline AI training with real-world data risk scenarios.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, security operations, or a related field.
• Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Understanding how data risk plays out in real-world environments, not just theory.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data security and DLP scenarios across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments.
• Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure pathways, and policy violations.
• Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate, label, and validate realistic data security cases used to train and benchmark AI systems.
• Help AI models develop a practical understanding of how sensitive data is exposed and protected.
