Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will write, evaluate, and refine AI-generated code to help train AI systems to think like developers, improving correctness, efficiency, and safety.

You’ll review outputs, provide expert feedback, and design prompts that stress test AI capabilities. Join a fast-moving team delivering practical, high-impact coding work on your own schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining decisions and outcomes.
• Design challenging prompts and edge cases to test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
