Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract in a flexible, asynchronous role. You'll build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code across languages, providing expert feedback to help AI coding assistants become smarter and more reliable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed; strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions and outcomes.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
