Motive is seeking an Implementation Consultant based in Mexico to own end-to-end onboarding for SMB accounts, delivering standardized, remote deployments with fast time-to-value. You will partner with Support, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce deployment friction and improve activation rates, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with Motive’s best practices.

You will deliver Spanish-language enablement sessions, guide configuration, and track KPIs such as go-lives and activation.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience with remote, standardized implementations for SMB segments.
• Strong project management with timelines and risk handling.
• Ability to train users in Spanish and translate needs into product solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding journey for lower-segment accounts, including discovery, configuration, training, and go-live confirmation.
• Deliver Spanish-language enablement sessions and modules covering setup and troubleshooting.
• Configure standard integrations and features using repeatable playbooks.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate blockers with clear resolutions.
• Track KPIs and document artifacts for handoff to post-implementation teams.
• Run multi-customer cohorts to increase throughput while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align scope and expectations.
• Capture feedback to inform product improvements and refine playbooks for scale.
