Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Test Environment Manager to lead and optimize our test environments across the software testing lifecycle from a remote location in Mexico. You will coordinate planning, provisioning, refreshes, and deployments while ensuring data readiness and issue resolution across QA, DevOps, and release teams.

The role requires 8+ years in test environment management or related fields, strong SDLC knowledge, and advanced English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in test environment management, QA, or software delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple test environments across complex technology landscapes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, release management, and deployment processes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience coordinating environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and deployments.
• Strong understanding of test data management and environment dependencies.
• Experience with defect and incident management and troubleshooting environment-related issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage test environments across the software testing lifecycle, ensuring availability, stability, and readiness.
• Coordinate environment planning, configuration, refreshes, deployments, and test data requirements across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, release, and business teams to resolve environment issues and minimize testing disruptions.
• Establish environment management processes, monitor utilization and performance, and drive continuous improvements and automation.
